OUR GOAL IN THE SAFETY PROGRAM WILL BE TO PROMOTE AND REPORT SAFETY WITHIN OUR POSTS AND COMMUNITIES IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CALIFORNIA.

In the past, we have emphasized that members of the Post act as instructors on safety. Now we urge the Posts to use professionals from various agencies in our communities. The Police and Fire Departments will be more than happy to assist you. Also contact your local hospitals and request them to address Medical Safety.

Commanders are encouraged to select and appoint a Safety Chairperson who will PLAN, PROMOTE and PARTICIPATE in the Safety Program for your Post and community. Invite your Auxiliary to participate along with the Post on all Safety Programs.
